DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY ?
Currently any local customers to our BD15 base in Wilsden, can benefit from delivery.
We currently deliver to BD 13, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22. If you are unsure if we will deliver to your area, please call before placing an order. All orders are available for collection using our 'click and collect' option.
We also offer free delivery to our 'Coco & Barley' dog walking & doggy daycare services. We can drop off on a day your dog is with us and will even pop it in the freezer, or leave some out to defrost dependent on your instruction.
We will soon be offering nationwide delivery through DPD.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you have any problems with your order or any of the items are unsatisfactory, please get in touch with us.
We will always do our best to deal with your problem efficiently.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on frozen, raw and perishable goods.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not yet offer gift cards however it is something we will be looking at in the future.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit and debit cards on our online store.
We use major financial services provider Stripe for safe, secure and quick transactions.
Cash and card payments can be taken in store only, we do not accept payments over the phone.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
We are always looking at ways to expand our services, we will soon be offering nationwide delivery on raw and dried products & accessories.

We will deliver using DPD's next day delivery service Mainland UK.
Highlands and Islands postcodes are excluded from this and take up to 48hours to reach you as standard

HOW MUCH RAW FOOD SHOULD I FEED MY DOG?
The answer to this varies depending on the age and weight of your pooch. We also factor in if you are wanting to gain or loose weight from your canine pal. The general rule for a young puppy is 8 - 10% of the overall bodyweight is then what the dog should be eating as a daily allowance. An adult dog should be eating 2-3% of its bodyweight as a daily allowance. For example and adult 10kg dog, should be eating between 200g - 300g per day.
